世界中色んなところで色んな形で自転車は走っています。
いつも正しく、楽しく走れると良いですね～
日本にも数は少ないのですがCycleAcademyも出来てきました。
そこには優秀なコーチがいらして実際に走りながら教えていただけるそうです。
プロの競輪養成学校とは違い、我々一般人の自転車の正しい乗り方を教えてくれる学校が出来きたと言う訳です。
速く走れる人は、フォームは実に美しく、しっかりマナーを守り、環境にも優しい人が多いと私は思います。
正しく、速く、格好良く走るにはやっぱり基本が大切・・・と言う事でしょうか。

自転車のマナーの悪さばかりが目立ったりしているのですが、しっかり正しく自転車に乗っている人も着実に増えていると私は思います。
近々、一昨日タイヤ交換したフォンドリエスト号で遠くの岬まで走りに行きたいと思います。
遠くまでしっかり走れる時間が欲しいです・・・正しく、速く走りたいものです。

A 4-hour indoor cycling event at ECO Fitness to raise money and awareness for local children with multiple disabilities. All proceeds fund their therapeutic summer camp. The children participate by riding their electric bike.
